Return Policy
Capital Sports & Western Wear strives to provide the best service and customer satisfaction to every one of our valued customers. In the event that a return is necessary, we will accept and refund purchases under the following conditions:
- All items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- All items must be unopened and in the original packing.
- Returns of opened or used products will be accepted in the event of a product defect provided it is within 60 days of purchase.
- All returns being mailed in must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling Erin at 406-443-2978.
- Any items being shipped back to us should be addressed to the store location

- There is no restocking fee; however the customer is responsible for any costs incurred when shipping the returned item back to Capital Sports & Western Wear.
- All firearms sales are final.
- Footwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn outside.
- Returns meeting all of the required criteria will be offered an exchange or refund to the original method of payment.
